This was an eight foot deep pool with grotto waterfall and jump rock. I was working in Austin for a few years where natural shaped pools are very popular. This honed my skills of triangulating and painting out my pools as natural shaped pools are much harder to lay out than rectangular pools. This property had a good amount of slope to it. To keep from having to use a railing, I designed a lower patio to counter the slope while still giving my client ample deck space. A planter at the slight drop at the end of the patio was in the plans as well. Note that my drone pics of the build are very close to my rendered designs.
